Aikido is a highly effective and nonviolent martial art. Characterized by strong, broad and precise movements, and with full concentration and calmness. Translated, Aikido means "Discipline for harmonization of energy" and the name fully expresses the meaning of this martial art, which consists in the principle of non-resistance and harmonious resolution of conflicts.
We train in the martial arts gym "Rabotnicki" in the settlement Kapistec. We work in safe conditions and pleasant atmosphere, nurturing friendship and mutual respect.
