Aikido is a highly effective and nonviolent martial art. Characterized by strong, broad and precise movements, and with full concentration and calmness. Aikido, translated, means "Discipline for harmonization of energy" and the name fully expresses the meaning of this martial art, which consists in the principle of non-resistance and harmonious resolution of conflict.
We train in the professionall martial arts gym "Rabotnicki" in the settlement Kapistec. We work in safe conditions and pleasant atmosphere, keeping the friendship and mutual respect.
